In this document, "Slam" refers to the Slam platform and its operators;
"Application" refers to the embeddable web-based live chat and associated components provided as a service.
"Customers" are the radio stations, communities, or organizations that embed the Application.
"Users" are the individuals who participate in the chat.
These terms apply to all Customers and Users of the Slam Application.
Using the Slam Application — or making it available as a Customer — is only permitted if you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Services provided by Slam are offered AS IS, without any warranty of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
- Slam is not liable for any loss or damage to the User, Customer, equipment, third parties, or information arising from use of the service or any direct or indirect consequence of its use.
- Slam is not responsible for content submitted to and published on any Application when that content is generated by Customers or Users. Slam is not obliged to edit or remove any content except at its sole discretion.
- Slam reserves the right to alter or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Slam and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) asserted by any third party relating to your use of the Application or breach of these Terms. Slam reserves the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, which shall not excuse your indemnity obligations.
Content & Acceptable Use
The following types of content are not permitted on any Slam Application:
- Content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, lewd, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Content that infringes or may infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights of others.
- Content that contains or causes the download of programs or material that may harm Users or their devices, including but not limited to viruses, trojan horses, and malware.
- Unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or flooding, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring content transmitted by Users and must take necessary action to remove prohibited content and protect other Users.
- Customers must extend Slam's privacy policy to their Users, including honoring requests to remove personally identifying information.
- Slam reserves the right to edit or delete any content on any Application it deems inappropriate, and may deny access to any User at its discretion.
Termination
- Slam retains the right to cease provision of service to any Customer for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, without prior notice.
- If service is ceased for reasons other than violation of these Terms, Customers with a paid plan are entitled to a pro-rata refund of unused credit. No refund will be issued for violations of these Terms or free-tier accounts.
Refunds
- A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first purchase. Refunds may be requested in full within 30 days of the transaction date. Outside this period or on subsequent upgrades and renewals, refunds are not available except at Slam's sole discretion.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Slam Application shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
